Clinical efficacy of the “Expert Marine Collagen” formula
Clinical studies have evaluated the effectiveness of marine collagen hydrolysate, including the Aquacol™ brand, on the health of skin, hair and nails.
A study published in 2023 examined the effects of different doses (1 g, 2.5 g, 5 g) of Aquacol™ in 66 participants aged 30 to 50 years with signs of skin aging, hair problems and brittle nails.
