Shipping policy

1. General information

At BodyCheckup, we are committed to shipping your dietary supplement orders as quickly as possible, while ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

2. Delivery areas

We deliver our products to mainland France, including Corsica. For deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories or internationally, please contact us for specific terms and conditions.

3. Processing and shipping times

  • Order processing : Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. are processed the following business day.

  • Delivery times : Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Generally, deliveries in mainland France are made within 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch.

4. Delivery costs

Shipping costs are included in our prices for orders over 50 euros. They are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination for orders under 50 euros. They include handling, packaging, and carrier costs.

EUROPE - Standard home delivery: €9.90

5. Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link allowing you to follow the progress of your package in real time.

6. Receipt of the order

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check the condition of the package and products. In case of damage or non-conformity, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos so that we can resolve the problem quickly.

7. Returns and exchanges

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.

8. Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local or international regulations. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of certain products to certain destinations.
